Chromakopia- noid

In Tyler, the creator’s new album Chromakopia is one of my favorite songs created, Noid. Tyler talks about the overall fear and tension that comes with fame. The whole concept of addressing real-life issues in music has always interested me. Throughout the song, he talks about how being put in front of the spotlight impacts you not only once on a personal level a social one. In his very first verse, he talks about how he doesn’t even feel safe at his own home because of the fear of his neighbors, home invasions, and even the littlest of noise from his own house.
In the second verse, he talks about how going out is also a scary claim. He talks about how eating in public and wanting to take a picture is not how he wants to live his life all the time. sometimes he wishes he could just go out and be a normal person.
